Your bookings are managed through a widget in our site linked to only your listings and your dashboard. You will be able to see requests for bookings come in and approve them, or if you have the instant booking option toggled on, they will just appear on your dashboard!
The transaction will take place at the time of the booking, though you, the Outrigger, will receive the payment after the reservation is complete. This delayed payout is to safeguard users/Clients from Outriggers cancelling after receiving payment. Outrigs retains those funds until the equipment is returned. Once the reservation is complete, Outrigs uses our secure transfer system, Stripe, to send your funds to the account designated by you during your account set up.
To be an Outrigger, you must adhere to our terms and conditions and complete all liability waivers.
